Privacy policy
Last updated 22 October 2026.
ThextonLabs is a one-person studio in the United Kingdom that makes browser games and digital downloads. This policy explains what information we handle and why.
This website
We use privacy-friendly analytics that count page views without cookies and without tracking you as a person. We don't run adverts on this site and we don't sell or share visitor data.
Buying from us
Purchases are handled by Etsy or Stripe. They process your payment and send us only what we need to deliver your order, such as your name, your order details and, for personalised products, the details you type in. We never see or store your card details. We keep order details only as long as needed to deliver the order, give support and meet UK tax record rules.
ThextonLabs Pin Scheduler (our Pinterest app)
ThextonLabs Pin Scheduler is a private tool used only by ThextonLabs to publish pins for our own products to our own Pinterest account. It is not offered to other Pinterest users.
- What it accesses: after the account owner approves the connection, it reads our own boards and creates pins on our own boards (scopes: boards:read, boards:write, pins:read, pins:write, user_accounts:read).
- What it stores: the access token Pinterest issues, the username of our own account, and a list of pins we have posted. These are stored only on our own computer and are never shared or sold.
- What it does not do: it does not collect data about other Pinterest users, does not scrape Pinterest content, and does not use Pinterest data for advertising or to train AI models.
- Human approval: every pin is reviewed and approved by a person before it is published.
- Disconnecting: the connection can be removed at any time from the app's settings or from Pinterest's account settings, and the stored token is then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do this, message us through our Etsy shop.
